在介绍了军队院校学科专业实验室与基础实验室的区别，以及实验室建设存在的问题的基础上．详细阐述了军队院校学科专业实验室的功能、发展目标和方向，以及实验室的管理，提出了可持续发展的措施和自研设备的重要性，十分重视对知识的管理。
First of all , this article introduces the differences between subject speciality laboratory and laboratory of foundation in military academy, the issue of laboratory on construction, then specifies the function of the laboratory, aim of development and direction, includes management of laboratory. The article innovates the idea of sustainable development and importance of self- research equipment, the article plays much attention to knowledge management.
