摘要
总结了浙江大学在创建能源清洁利用国家重点实验室过程中关于加强科研自主创新的成功经验，一是要面向国家重大需求，瞄准国际学术前沿凝练实验室的重点研究发展方向；二是要争取主管部门支持，多方筹措资金建设具有国际先进水半的实验平台；三是要加强自主创新，强调学术思想、研究方法和实验装置的原创性；四是要汇聚高水平科研人才，构建结构合理、优势互补的创新团队。这些建设经验对于今后重点实验室的创建和运行管理有重要的参考价值．
The successful experience of the establishment of State Key Laboratory of Clean Energy Utilization in Zhejiang University is summarized. The four dominant factors for the construction of the state key laboratory are pointed out： meeting the grand demands of national development , obtaining comprehensive supports from the school to which the lab is affiliated, strengthening the ability to initiative innovation of scientific research and assembling advanced facilities to a innovative research team. All the experience would provide further beneficial reference to the foundation and operation of state key laboratories.
