超声引导经皮穿刺自动活检术在肺外周型病变诊断中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨超声引导经皮穿刺自动活检在肺外周型病变诊断中的作用。方法回顾分析各种肺外周型病变217例,在超声引导下用Bard活检枪和18 G切割活检针进行经皮穿刺活检。结果穿刺活检成功率为100%,取材满意度93.5%,其组织学阳性率为91.2%,可疑阳性率为5.1%,假阴性率为3.7%,诊断准确性为96.3%。无严重并发症发生。结论超声引导经皮穿刺活检是诊断肺外周型病变有效、安全、简便的方法,使多数肺外周型病变获得了明确诊断,有助于临床进一步治疗。 Objective To evaluate the role of ultrasound-guided percutaneous auto-biopsy in patients with various peripheral pulmonary lesions. Methods Ultrasound - guided percutaneous auto-biopsy with Bard biopsy gun and 18 G biopsy needle were performed in 217 patients with various peripheral pulmonary lesions. Results The successful rate of biopsy was 100% and the tissue sample satisfactory rate was 93.5 %. The positive rate of histology was 91.2 %, the suspicious positive rate was 5.1%, the false negative rate was 3.7% and the total diagnostic accuracy rate was 96.3 %. No severe complications occurred. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous auto-biopsy is a useful, safe, and convenient diagnostic tool for peripheral pulmonary lesions, especially for the differential diagnosis and clinical treatment.
