Design of an L-band Liquid Cooling Solid State Power Module

摘要 功放组件是固态雷达发射机的重要组成部分,其热设计已成为发射机可靠性水平的重要标志之一。本文介绍了一种输出功率在工作频带内达2kW的液冷功放组件,对其电讯设计、电磁兼容及热设计都做了详细的阐述。该组件已运用于某型号雷达中。 Power module is an important part of the solid-state radar transmitter, its heat design has become an important sign of the transmitter reliability. In this paper, a liquid cooling power module is presented which could get to 2kW output power in its operation band; and the designs such as telecommunication, EMC, heat dissipation are all expatiated particularly. The power module has been used in a radar model.
