摘要
根据胜坨油田浅层套漏、套窜井逐年增多的实际情况,结合套漏井封堵的具体特点,研制开发了TC-1触变水泥堵漏剂,确定了该堵漏剂的最佳配方:TC-1触变剂3%～5%,早强剂2%～4%。TC-1触变水泥堵漏剂在封堵套管漏失和漏失井的打塞作业上,取得了较好的应用效果。
Due to increasing of low layer casing leakage wells and casing scurry wells in Shengtuo Oilfield, thixotropic cement sealing agent TC-1 was developed according to the characteristics of plugging casing leakages. The optimum formula of thixotropic cement sealing agent TC-1 was determined as follows: thixotropic agent amount 3%～5%, early intensifier amount 2%~4%. It had good application effect in plugging casing leakage.
