甲状腺癌的高频超声表现 被引量：4

摘要 [目的]探讨甲状腺癌的高频超声表现。[方法]对年龄14～73岁的66例甲状腺癌患者83个结节行高频超声检查,并记录其超声特征,同时记录颈部淋巴结有无肿大以及有无合并其它甲状腺疾病。[结果]①甲状腺癌高发年龄为30～50岁,约占59%。甲状腺癌内部回声以低回声为主,约占78%;约72%的癌结节出现微小钙化。大多数甲状腺癌表现为边界不清晰(约63%)和周边无声晕(约86%)。83个结节有42个有彩色多普勒超声记录,内部血供按无、稀少、丰富分别为7.1%、16.7%、76.2%。83个结节有39个(46.4%)合并有结节性甲状腺肿,另有2个(2.4%)合并单侧甲状腺腺瘤,46个(55.4%)病灶合并有颈部淋巴结肿大,其中17组淋巴结内部见微小钙化灶,5组淋巴结内见液化,8组淋巴结相互融合。[结论]高频超声对甲状腺癌的诊断具有重要价值,多个指标综合判断能更好地诊断甲状腺癌。
