摘要
以trans-4-羟基-L-脯氨酸为原料,经过酯化、酰化、磺化、SN2亲核取代、催化氢化、氨解、皂化、缩合等反应,合成了4个吡咯烷类基质金属蛋白酶-2抑制剂。利用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和质谱对这些化合物进行了表征。
Starting from trans-4-hydroxy-L-proline,4 pyrrolidine derivatives were synthesized as matrix metalloproteinase-2 inhibitors via esterification,acylation,sulfonation,SN2 nucleophilic substitution,catalytic hydrogenation,aminolysis,saponification and condensation reactions.The structures of these compounds were characterized by IR,^1HNMR and ESI-MS.
