摘要
在探讨六西格玛管理的本质与内涵的基础上,运用六西格玛理论对我国高校本科考核质量的要求进行量化,并确定了相应的评价指标。应用六西格玛对现行的考核体系进行分析,从高校、教师和学生三个方面考虑,提出相应可行的改进措施。通过实施"提高考核质量水平"的六西格玛项目提高了高校本科考核质量水平。
Based on discussion of the essence and connotation of Six Sigma, the paper quantifies the examination-quality requirements of university in China and proposes some reasonable evaluation criteri- ons correspondingly. The system of examination is analyzed by Six Sigma, and some feasible measures for improving the examination quality are proposed under the consideration of university, teachers and students, respectively. The quality level of examination in university has been pushed to a higher level by implementing Six Sigma project of “Quality improvement of examination”.
