摘要
利用植物生长调节剂对芒果进行无胚果诱导研究,结果表明,不同品种、不同时期、不同浓度的生长调节剂对芒果坐果有明显的影响。Irwin芒幼果期坐果量高,收获的果实也较多,台农1号坐果量低;Irwin芒以刚抽花序处理的幼果期坐果量最高,台农1号以盛花期处理的坐果量最高;Irwin芒和台农1号均以处理4(100mg/L IAA+50mg/L GA3+100mg/L 6-BA)的幼果期坐果量最高;处理N3、N4对Irwin芒保果效应较好。
Experiments were conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of plant growth regulator on the induction of no-embryo fruits in two cultivars of mango ( Mangifera indica ). The results showed that different varieties, treating stages and concentrations of plant growth regulator had an obvious effect on mango fruit setting. The rate of fruit setting and harvesting of Irwin mango was higher than that of Tainong No. 1. Irwin mango had the highest fruit setting rate when treated at inflorescence shooting-out stage, but Tainong No. 1 at full blooming stage. With regard to the effects of different concentrations, treatment 4 (100mg/L IAA+ 50mg/L GA3-+100mg/L BA) had the highest fruit setting rate. Treatments of N3 and N4 had a better protection effects on Irwin mango.
