摘要裂变型创业是一种独特的企业创业模式,创业过程与创业企业家的关系极为密切。精选裂变型创业的典型案例,运用扎根理论方法从案例资料中归纳提炼出裂变型创业企业家所具有的显著特征和关键要素,涵盖了路径依赖、团队互赖和资源关联等方面。
