摘要
针对护理教学中存在技能操作与理论知识缺乏有效融合、教与学脱节的问题,通过增设《临床护理综合训练》实践课程,采用以病例教学为导向的护理综合模拟演练,培养学生良好的临床思维方式和解决问题的能力,增强学生临床实习的信心和调动教师对护理教学改革的积极性。
In light of present nursing teaching there exist such problems as the lack of effective integration of skill practice and theoretical knowledge, as well as the disjunction of teaching and learning. To settle these issues, the author proposes that practice course of integral training in clinical nursing should be established and a case-oriented nursing training of comprehensive simulation employed. It is expected that in this way students would develop themselves in clinical thinking mode and the ability to solve problems. Besides, students' confidence in their clinical practice will be enhanced while teachers will be greatly activated to undertake reforms in nursing teaching.
