摘要
目的探讨医院内建立呼吸道护理小组的方法与效果。方法成立了呼吸道护理小组,修订和完善呼吸道管理的实践标准,进行呼吸道护理理论及技能培训,建立质量监督体系和呼吸道护理会诊制度。结果提高了呼吸道护理小组成员的理论知识及专科技能水平,降低了呼吸道护理意外的发生,提高了医生及病人对护理工作的满意度。结论呼吸道护理小组可以使住院病人的呼吸道管理更趋安全性,促进了医院专科护理的发展。
Objective To analyze the method of establishing the airway care team and its effects. Methods Airway care team was set up,which revised the practice standards of airway management,carried out airway care theory and skills training, and established a quality supervision system and a hospital airway care consultation system. Results The team members made a progress in the knowledge and skills of airway care. The accidents of airway care decreased. The satification with nursing work from doctors and patients increased. Conclusions It is effective to improve the nursing safety and promote the development of nursing speciality by establishing professional care team.
