摘要
随着我国医学高等教育事业快速发展,医学毕业生规模急剧扩大,医学毕业生面临着激烈的就业竞争与挑战。文章通过介绍我校近3年来医学毕业生就业情况,分析了医学毕业生就业问题的成因,并提出开展医学毕业生思想政治教育、职业意识教育、就业政策教育、就业心理健康教育、应聘技能培训、就业服务等就业指导对策,以期帮助医学毕业生树立"合理定位,及早就业"的就业观念。
With the rapid development of higher medical education in China, and the dramatic increase of graduates from medical colleges and universities, medical graduates have been confronted with fierce competition for employment and challenges. Beginning with the introduction of the situation of medical graduates＂ employment in the past three years in our university, this paper analyzes the causes of problems existing in medical graduates＂ employment, and advances such strategies on employment guidance as carrying out ideological and political education among medical graduates, professional awareness education, education about employment policy and employment psychological health, training in skills of seeking employment, and employment services. It is expected to help medical graduates establish the concept of employment, i. e. , ＂reasonable orientation, early employment＂.
