摘要
针对高校扩招给大学生就业带来困难的现状,提出从转变观念、重视实习环节、加强职业生涯规划、对学生进行择业心理辅导等方面入手,加强就业指导工作的方法和大学生就业工作的全程化、全员化、信息化,努力实现毕业生最大限度的就业。
This paper attempts to explore the ways of strengthening employment guidance for college students from the following perspectives： to change graduates＂ concept on employment, to highlight their practical working experience and career-planning, and to provide them with psychological guidance on employment. In this way, the project of employment guidance, targeted at all graduates, is expected to be fulfilled as perfect service with the assistance of information technology. Accordingly, their maximized employment will be achieved.
