摘要
农民工子女教育目前面临种种障碍和困难,存在着许多不公平之处,引发许多社会问题。解决的途径应加快户籍制度、义务教育体制改革,建立就地入学的管理服务机制;大力发动社会力量,扶持兴办农民工子弟学校,进一步完善管理体制;加强学籍管理和农民工子女心理健康的辅导。最终实现公平教育,和谐社会的理想。
The education of migrant workers＇ children has been confronting various kinds of obstacles and difficulties. There is lots of unfairness in it,which has resulted in many social problems. To solve this problem,the reform of household registration system as well as compulsory education system should be speeded up, and the mechanism of service and management of local schooling be established. Social forces running schools must be greatly encouraged, schools for the children of migrant workers be supported and management system must be further improved. School roll management and psychological education for migrant workers＇ children should be strengthened, ultimately to realize the ideal of achieving fair education and harmonious society.
