摘要
在分析团队特点和绩效衡量指标的基础上,以Ghoshal对社会资本的定义为架构界定了团队的内部社会资本;以团队在组织内的网络位置为架构界定了团队的中部社会资本;以团队与外部实体的联系为架构界定了团队的外部社会资本。分别探讨了团队的内部、中部以及外部社会资本对绩效的影响。
On the basis of analysis of team's characteristics and its assessment indexes, the article has defined team's internal social capital on the framework of Ghoshal's social capital definition, and has defined team's middle social capital on the framework of the position of team on network inside the organization, further more, has defined team's external social capital on the framework of relations with external entities. And then the text discussed impact of internal/middle/external social capital on team performance.
