摘要
基于战略变化在转型经济背景下企业经营过程中的重要性,以及企业间合作、竞争关系存在的必然性,提出企业战略变化效应在广义价值网络中的扩散问题,强调此问题的解决有助于企业将价值创造管理由企业内部扩展到外部价值网络,提升价值创造能力,并提出其主要研究内容为:战略变化效应体系、扩散动因及规律、扩散实现途径及条件。
Based on the importance of strategic change in management in the situation of transitional economy and the corporation and competitive relationships among enterprises, the topic is put forward, which can be divided in to several parts to be studied: the system of strategic change affluences, the driver of diffusion, the process of diffusion, the implementation approach of diffusion, the influence and constraints of diffusion's. The study aims at outstretch of value creation process management of the enterprise.
