摘要
采用文献资料、专家访谈、录像观察与经验总结等方法,对蹦床项目各制胜因素及相互关系进行分析。认为"美、高、难、准、稳"是蹦床比赛制胜的关键因素,诸因素之间相互影响、相互促进、相互制约。蹦床制胜因素的发展规律有多因素组合律,单因素突前律和潮流更迭律。
This paper uses methods of literature review, video recording observations, expert interview and experiences summary, and between relates to trampoline project each winning factors car- ries on the analysis. Then the conclusion is that the key aspect of the winning factors in trampoline competes is ＂exquisitely, high, difficult, accurate, stable＂, which affects mutually, promotes mutually and restricts mutually. The main behaviors of the development about rules in the Trampoline winning factors are the many factors constitute a rule, the rules and tidal current alternate before the Shan factor dashes forward rule. By analyzing about the winning factors of the trampoline, this article wants to deployed to take example to training and contest of our country trampoline coaches, which can provide a theoretical reference for coaches and athletes training in order to improve the results.
