摘要
难度动作是竞技健美操运动员技术水平和制胜实力的重要标志,其成功与否对比赛最后得分起到不容置疑的主导作用,因此,保障难度动作成功并战胜对手需深入剖析难度动作的制胜因素。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、录像分析法和数理统计法,从难度动作的选用、完成质量和艺术编排等方面,对2006年、2008年、2010年和2012年第9届、10届、11届和12届健美操世界锦标赛男单、女单、混双、三人和六人5个项目决赛前八名的难度动作进行了透彻解析,总结归纳竞技健美操难度动作的制胜因素,有效促进难度动作的创新与发展,全面提升运动员的难度制胜能力。
The difficulty is an important symbol of technical level and winning ability of aerobics athletes, and its success on the final score of the game plays an unquestionable leading role. Therefore, it is necessary to deeply re- search difficulty winning factors to make element success and beat competitor. The research uses the literature ma- terial, expert interview, questionnaire investigation, video analysis and mathematical statistics. At the same time, the research analyzes the elements of IM, IW, MP, TR and GR of the 9th, 10th, llth and 12th World Champion- ships finals in 2006, 2008, 2010 and 2012 to sum up the winning factors from the difficulty of selection, quality and artistic arrangement, effectively promoting innovation and development of the difficulty movements and com- prehensively enhance the difficulty winning ability of athletes.
