摘要
举重是一项以发展力量为主的项目,相同体重与级别的运动员脂肪含量低者,可以更好的发展肌肉力量。方法:选取举重运动员16名,分为实验组与对照组,观察两组运动员的体重、肌肉量与脂肪率以及血脂指标的变化。结果:实验组体重与脂肪率实验前后呈显著性差异(p<0.05),肌肉量与血脂指标没有发现显著性变化(p>0.05)。优秀运动员在十运会中取得好成绩。结论:有机铬与L-肉碱对举重运动员脂肪控制起到一定作用。
Weight lifting is an item dependent on strength. The sportsmen with similar weight and level who has less fat percent can have more strength, Method: there were 16 weightlifting sportsmen, who were divided into tow groups, such as normal contrast group and the treatment group. During the experiment, we observed and recorded the change of weight, muscle, fat percent and serum lipoprotein of tow groups from the beginning of the experiment. Results: the deference in the former and the last of the treatment group is obvious (p 〈0.05 ) ,but not obvious in the normal group ( p〉0.05 ), and the excellent weightlifting sportsmen made great achievement in the 10th na-ional sports meeting. Conclusion: organic chromium and L-camitine can control fat for weightlifting sportsmen.
