摘要
随着X线检查设备不断更新和检查技术不断提高,影像医学由简单放射学发展为包括超声、核素、CT、DSA、MRI、数字化摄影(CR、DR)、PACS等多种技术成像的现代医学影像学体系,X线诊断也由传统单一的普放诊断发展到组织成像、功能成像和代谢成像并用的综合性医学影像诊断手段,这必然要求影像技师具有较高的业务水平与影像诊断相适应,而现阶段影像技师在医学基本理论知识、影像专业知识、学科交叉知识、外语知识等方面与现代影像技师发展要求存在一定的差距。本文指出了加强这几方面技能培养的具体方法;强调了技能培养的必要性和重要性。
With the modernization of imaging equipment and the improvement of examination technology, the imaging medical science has developed from simple radiology to modern medical imaging system, including various imaging technology, such as ultrasound, nu- clide ,CT, DSA, MRI, digital film （ CR, DR） , PACS and so on. Traditional X-ray diagnosis has also evolved into comprehensive med- ical imaging diagnosis, consisting of tissue imaging, function imaging and metabolism imaging, This requires imaging technicians have better professional competence to match modern imaging diagnosis. But at present, there exists a gap between the requirement of mod- ern imaging technicians and the current imaging ones in basic medical knowledge, professional imaging knowledge, cross - discipline knowledge and foreign language ability. This essay emphasizes the necessity and importance of improving these aspects and offers some practical approaches to technical training.
