摘要
当前医患纠纷日趋增多,而且处理难度大,成为医院工作的难点之一。医学教育要根据时代的要求,加强法律法规和人文素质教育教程,培养出合格的医护后备人才。本文分析了新形势下医患纠纷相关原因和预防方法,指出从临床医学教育实践,因人施教,增设相关医疗法律法规教程,加强职业道德修养、语言文化素养和沟通技巧,减少或避免医患纠纷,从而培养出新型的与国际接轨的专业护理队伍。
The disputation increases gradually between the doctors and patients. It has become a trouble for a hospital. In order to train and bring up medical workers, the courses of law and humanity should be reinforced. The author analyzed the causes and preven- tive measures, pointed out that we should strengthen professional education, improve euhural and comprehensive craftsmanship, de- crease disputations, and train the professional nursing talent.
