摘要
患者就医时具有生命权、身体权、健康权、平等的医疗权、疾病认知权、知情同意权、保护隐私权、免除一定社会责任权、诉讼权、求偿权等10项权力。随着人们素质的提高,患者的权力对医疗活动的影响将越来越大。目前一部分医疗纠纷的产生就与医务人员不知悉患者的权力有关。医务人员和医院管理者必须熟悉患者的权力,尊重患者的权力,明确自身为维护患者权力所承担的责任和义务,才能有效地避免有意或无意的侵权行为,减少医疗纠纷。
When getting medical services, patients have the rights of life, body, health, equal medical treatment, cognition about disease, informed consent, protection of privacy, dissolution of certain social responsibility, litigation and the seeking of compensation. With the improvement of peoples quality, the rights of patients will exert increasingly great influences on medical activities. At present, the occurrence of some medical disputes has to do with certain medical workers ignorance of these rights. Medical workers and hospital administrators must be familiar with patients rights, respect them and be clear about their own duties and responsibilities in safeguarding them before they can effectively avoid intentional or accidental infringement acts and thus reduce medical disputes.
