摘要
使用目前测控领域新型的虚拟仪器技术及LabVIEW7.0软件开发平台,结合测试系统功能要求,分别利用拉压式压力传感器SDEF和光栅传感器采集压力和位移信号,阐述了基于LabVIEW的假脚位移载荷测试仪的设计,给出了系统硬件和软件设计思路。该测试仪能够测试出假脚材料的压力与位移等力学特性,为开发精密、舒适的假脚产品提供参考依据。
Using the virtual instrument which is widely used in measuring field and LabVIEW7.0's function,and combined with the characteristcs of the test system,used the pressure sensor SDEF and grating,we exploit an artificial feet displacement and load test system based on Labview.In addition, the design of hardware configuration and software flow chart are discussed in detail.The system can test mechanics characteristics such as pressure and displacement,offering the reference basis for developing more accurate and comfortable artificial feet production. The man-machine interface is friendly and reliable.
