摘要
移动健康越来越受关注,智能手机在医疗健康领域的探索与发展中扮演着重要角色。提出了基于iOS(iPhone OS)平台的便携心率监测系统的设计方案,完成了相应的软件设计。重点介绍了iOS端的软件设计流程,说明了在iPhone上实现动态心电图的方法、采用的心电信号实时R波检测算法以及计算瞬时心率和平均心率的方法。实验时,用MIT-BIH心律失常数据库的数据进行仿真测试,验证系统的功能。由仿真实验的结果可知,提出的方案具有较高的有效性和可靠性。
Mobile health is getting more and more attention from the public and smart phones start to play an important role in the research and development of medical treatment.This paper presents a design of portable heart rate monitor system based on iOS platform and designs the corresponding software.The paper mainly introduces the design procedures of the application,dynamic ECG and timely detection algorithm of R wave of ECG used on iPhone platform,and presents the calculation of instantaneous and average heart rate.MIT-BIH arrhythmia database is used to test the system function in simulation experiment.At last,the conclusion get from the experiment is that the design is feasible and reliable.
