摘要
西安市作为资源型缺水城市,水资源供需矛盾十分突出。为缓解供水紧张状况,可以使用再生水资源作为解决的途径。在分析西安市水资源、污水及再生水利用现状的基础上,为再生水资源开发与利用过程中遇到的必须解决的资金、价格、市场以及如何发挥政府的政策导向、宏观控制作用等方面的问题提出了合理的建议和措施。
Xi＇an is the city where is extremely short of water resource. Water resource supply is insufficient to meet the various demands. In order to improve the states of water supply, utilization of reprocessed water is an effective approach. On the basis of the study on the current situation of water resources, sewage and re- processed water used in Xi＇an City, the authors put forward some reasonable proposals and measures for the problems faced in the utilization of reprocessed water resources. The problems that must be solved include the capital, prices, and market, as well as how to play the government＇s policy orientation, macro-control, and so on.
