摘要
西部大开发是一项利国利民的世纪工程,而融资模式解决的则是这一工程中的动力问题。在资本市场融资与项目融资、直接融资与间接融资、BOT与TOT及ABS等融资方式中进行恰当选择,无疑对西部企业发展、基础建设有着重要意义。
The Western Development is the greatest project in this century and the Financing Scheme provides the impetus. It is very important to chose proper financing scheme between financing in the capital market and project financing, direct financing and indirect financing, BOT and TOT and other schemes,which is significant to the development of enterprises in the western areas and infrastructure construction.
