摘要
本文以链霉素生产废水为例探索在处理抗生素废水的UASB反应器中培养颗粒污泥的工艺技术以及硫酸盐对污泥颗粒化的影响,同时考察了中温UASB工艺处理链霉素废水的可行性。结果表明:采用适当的工艺控制条件,可以成功地培养出性能良好的颗粒污泥,保证了UASB反应器的高效稳定运行。
In this study,the cultivation process of granular sludge in UASB reactor with streptomycin production wastewater was experimented,and the effect of sulfate reduction on the formation of granules were also prelimenarily investigated.In the meantime,the availability of treating streptomycin wastewater by UASB reactor was inspected.The results obtained show that granular sludge with good performance can be cultivated successfully when proper process condition is controlled and the stable operation with high efficiency of the UASB reactor can be guaranteed.
