摘要
研究了上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)的启动过程。结果显示:在中温条件下(35±1)℃,接种普通厌氧污泥,通过逐步增加反应器负荷,经过61天的运行,完成污泥颗粒化。此时进水CODCr为5736mg/L,有机负荷10.13kgCODCr/(m^3·d^-1),产气率达到0.33m^3/kg CODCr,CODCr去除率92.8%。形成的颗粒污泥内部为黑色,外部包裹一层白色胶状物质,粒径大部分在1-2mm。
The start - up process of UASB reactor was studied in this paper. The results showed that Under meaophilic condifions(35 ± 1 ) ℃, with common anaerobic sludge as the seed sludge, by increasing the loading of the reactor step by step, in 60 days granulation of the sludge can be completed. At that time the influent CODCr concentration was 5 736 mg/L, the organic loading was 8.10 kg CODCr (m^3·d), the CODCr removal rate was 92.8 % and the net gas yield was 0.33 m^3/kg CODCr. The most of the granular sludge was 1 -2 mm. The inside of the granular sludge was black, surrounded by a layer of white sticky substance.
