摘要
试验表明,在启动阶段,自生生物动态膜(SFDM)能够在30min内形成完全,出水水质良好且稳定,没有出现明显的膜污染;在稳定阶段,保持水力停留时间约5h,平均容积负荷7.4kgCOD/m3.d,膜通量16.5L/m2.h的条件下,自生生物动态膜反应器(SFDMBR)对城市污水具有良好的处理效果,对浊度的平均去除率为97%,对COD的去除率在90%以上,对总磷和氨氮的平均去除率分别为74%和85.4%。与固定膜反应器中混合液的试验比较,动态膜的分离效果与固定膜相当。
It was showed in the test that the self-forming bio-dynamic membrane could be formed completely in 30 min, and the effluent was clear and steady without obvious pollution of the membrane. Under the condition of HRT 5h, average volume load 7.4kgCOD/m^3·d,membrane flax 16.5L/m^2·h in stable operation, the self-forming dynamic biological reactor (SFDMBR) had better treatment effect on municipal sewage; the average removal rate for turbidity, COD, TN and ammonia nitrogen were over 97%, over 90%, 74% and 85.4% respectively, moreover, it was discovered through the test of mixed liquid in the fixed membrane separation reactor that the separation effect of the dynamic membrane was corresponding to that of the fixed membrane.
