Study on the performance of dynamic membrane for wastewater treatment

摘要 研究了在陶瓷管载体内壁制成高岭土动态膜及动态膜对城市二级出水的过滤性能、动态膜的清洗和再生方法.实验中采用错流操作方式处理二级出冰.结果表明,涂膜液中高岭土质量浓度在0.3~0.7 g/L、涂制时间在10~37 min时,成膜的水处理性能差别不大;跨膜压差对过滤有一定影响,当0.1~0.3 MPa时,滤出液通量基本相同,但明显低于0.4 MPa时滤出液通量;错流速度对过滤影响显著,速度愈大则滤出液通量愈大,错流速度在1~2 m/s时出水通量比较稳定.动态膜对浊度的去除率基本上为100%,对COD(化学需氧量)去除率约为40%. The performances of kaolin dynamic membrane, formed on the inner wall of a ceramic tube for the filtration of secondary effluent from domestic wastewater treatment plant are studied, and its cleaning and regeneration methods are investingated. It shows that the membrane gives almost the same characters when the concentration of kaolin is between 0.3 to 0.7 g/L, and the deposit time between 10 to 37 minutes. The transmembrane pressure and especially the crossflow velocity have important effects on the filtration processes, Dynamic membrane can be used effectively with turbidity removal rate nearly 100%, and COD removal rate about 40%, Cleaning and regeneration of the dynamic membrane are very convenient if necessary.
