摘要
根据参与新回龙镇旅游发展总体规划的实际体验,立足于新回龙镇旅游资源的实际情况,运用层次分析法对其旅游资源进行了定量评价,认为新回龙镇的旅游资源以生态休闲性为主要特色,同时具有较高的观赏价值。而环境容量、交通、客源潜力等因子是影响其旅游资源开发的重要因素。最后根据评价结果提出了新回龙镇旅游资源开发的构想,即新回龙镇的旅游开发必须走"环保先行;打造品牌;改善交通;坚持可持续发展"的道路。
This paper, based on practical experience of planning tourism development for Xinhuilong town, analyzes the present situation of tourism resources in Xinhuilong town, assesses quantitatively its tourism resources by means of AHP method. The tourism resources in Xinhuilong town, marked by ecological leisure, possess highly viewing value. The environmental capacity, transportation and vips are the vital factors for developing tourism resources. The paper presents a strategy for developing the tourism resources in Xinhuilong town according to assessment results, that is, protecting environment, fabricating brand, improving transportation and insisting on sustainable development.
