摘要 在传统的CAD/CAPP集成系统中,零件的非几何信息的自动传输问题一直未能得到很好的解决。针对这一关键问题,文中面向CAD/CAPP集成系统,构建了基于三维特征模型的零件信息数据结构,实现了集成系统中零件信息(包括几何信息和非几何信息)的自动提取,并以齿轮零件为例,在UGNX3.0软件环境下,实践了该方法下的模型建立及其信息的自动提取。该方法弥补了传统集成系统的不足,解决了系统中零件特征信息的三维模型显示、自动更新、识别和储存问题。 In conventional CAD/CAPP integrated system, the problem of auto translation of part non-geometrical information has not been well solved at all times. For CAD/CAPP integrated system , aiming at the six-four-dollar question, this paper constructs part information data structure based on the three-dimensional feature model, and realizes auto extraction of part information in the integrated system, which includes geometrical and non-geometrical information. Under the environment of UG NX3.0 software, take a gear part for instance, and carry out building the model and auto extraction of its information by this means. The measure makes up the limitation of Ihe traditional integrated system, and settles the problem that how to display in three-dimensional model, automatically update, recognize and store part feature information in the integrated system.
