摘要
零件信息的描述和输入是建立CAPP系统必须解决的问题。本文首先分析了目前CAPP系统零件信息输入的三种主要方法,指出了各自的局限性。在此基础上,从整个CIM集成角度出发,提出了基于形状特征的产品建模技术,它从根本上解决了CAPP零件信息输入问题。文章着重分析了产品模型的基本结构和组成,强调了形状特征在产品建模中所起的重要作用。最后,分析了产品模型的CAPP应用情况。
The part description method must be solved when building a CAPP system. This Paper first analyses three fundamental part descriptions used in current CAPP systems and points out the limitations of them. On this basis, from view points of CIM integration, form feature based product modelling technique has been proposed, which solves fundmentally the problem of part description and input for CAPP. The paper analyses the essential architecture of product model and emphases on the important roles of form feature in product modelling. Finally, the applications of product model in CAPP has been discussed.
