摘要
目的:观察通心络预防冠心病支架术后再狭窄的临床作用。方法:136例成功接受冠脉内支架的冠心病患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,对两组患者随访观察6个月。结果:对照组心绞痛复发率及主要不良事件发生率高于治疗组,治疗组再狭窄发生率明显低于对照组。结论:通心络对冠心病患者支架术后再狭窄的预防可能有一定作用。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of TongXinLuo to prevent from re - stenosis of stents in coronary heart disease （CHD）. Method： 136 cases with successful stent implantations in CHO were divided at randomly into contrast group and treatment group, the two groups had been followed up and observed for 6 months. Result： The incidence of angina pectoris and heart event in the contrast group was higher than that of the treatment group. Conclusion： There＇s possible effects to prevent e - stenosio of stents with Tongxinluo in CHD.
