摘要
人力资源管理是高职院校管理的核心内容。本文通过分析当前高职院校人力资源管理存在的问题,提出了加强高职院校人力资源管理的几点对策,望能起到抛砖引玉的作用。
Human resource management is core content management in high vocational school. The article analyzes about current problems and countermeasures of the human resource management in higher vocational schools, brings forward several countermeasures reinforcing human resource management, and looks for being able to arrive at the effect breaking the ice up.
