不同类型植烟土壤微生物动态变化分析 被引量:31

摘要 为探讨皖南烟区4种主要植烟土壤(河滩地沙壤土、冲积沙壤土、水稻黏性土壤、冲积粉沙土河滩地)的土壤微生物特性及其在植烟生长时期的变化规律,对不同土壤的微生物在烤烟生长的4个时期进行了测定和分析。结果表明:4种土壤的微生物数量在烤烟生长各时期间均表现出差异性,且不同土壤间微生物数量在同一时期也不同,以旺长期差异最为显著。多种土壤微生物之间呈显著相关关系,对根际不同土壤微生物之间进行多元回归分析,发现多种微生物都受到其他微生物影响制约,彼此之间存在着协同发展。不同土壤类型在植烟生长时期的微生物变化规律也许可作为分析烤烟品质特色的一个新指标。 In order to find out characteristics and changing rules of edaphon in the life cycle of flue-cured tobacco in four types of soil (bottomland, alluvium sand, clay, bottomland sand), edaphon in various soil during four periods have been identified and analyzed. Results showed that amount of microbes in four types of soil were different not only during various growth periods but also in the same growth period. Highly significant difference appeared in the vigorous-growing period. Results of linear regres- sion analyses showed that there were significant correlations between most kinds of microbes which affected and restricted each other in rhizosphere-soil. The microbes dynamics nile during tobacco life cycle in various types of soil might be a new consid- eration to understand the development of especial features of flue-cured tobacco
