摘要
针对房地产投资环境评价问题,建立了多层次灰色评价方法,旨在为房地产投资环境研究提供科学的评价方法,使得对房地产投资环境的评价更全面、客观、准确。
This paper builds up a multilevel grey evaluation method for evaluation index system of real estate＇ s investment climate, in order to provide scientific ways for the research on the real estate＇s investment climate and make a comprehensive, objective and accurate evaluation on the real estate＇s investment climate.
