摘要
投资环境评价是一个复杂决策问题,它具有因素多、模糊性强、不便于量化的特点。为了全面、客观、准确地做出评价,本文利用Fuzzy综合评判的方法建立了数学模型。
The evaluation of investment environment is a complicated systematic and comprehensive decision-making project. There are many factors that affect the decision-making project, for instance, too much fuzziness and inconvenient quantification. In order to make a comprehensive, objective and accurate evaluation, the weight numbers of every index is determined by means of expert survey, and the mathematical model is established by the Fuzzy comprehensive Judgement in this paper.
