摘要
①目的 探讨DN一号 (主要成分为黄芪、党参、丹参、大黄合剂 )对糖尿病肾病大鼠肾脏超微结构的影响。②方法 建立糖尿病肾病大鼠动物模型 ,观察应用DN一号治疗 8周后大鼠肾脏超微结构的变化 ,并与未治疗组 (糖尿病肾病对照组 )、正常对照组进行比较。③结果 正常对照组大鼠肾脏超微结构均正常 ,足细胞、内皮细胞排列整齐 ,基膜厚度正常 ,屏障结构完整。糖尿病肾病对照组出现明显病变 ,系膜区明显增宽 ,足细胞足突融合、基膜增厚 ,屏障结构破坏 ,近曲小管上皮细胞凋亡明显。糖尿病肾病治疗组病变较糖尿病肾病对照组明显减轻。
Objective To explore the influence of DN-1 on the ultramicroscopic structure of the renal tissue in rats with diabetic nephropathy(DN). Methods A rat model of DN was made. The changes of the renal ultramicroscopic structure were observed and compared with those of DN rats without any treatment and normal rats eight weeks later. Results The foot-cells and the endothelial cells in the kidneys of the rats in the normal control group were arranged regularly, with normal thickness of the basal membrane and complete structure of the protective screen. In the control group, the projections of foot-cells were mixed together, with the widened basal membrane, destroyed structure of the protective screen, and evident apoptosis of some cells. Conclusion DN-1 has evident protective effects on renal damage caused by DN.
