摘要
AG-2喷钙脱硫工艺属于典型的干法脱硫工艺,适用于现役老电厂汽轮发电机组改造。以广州发电厂有限公司220t/h自然循环煤粉炉为例,从锅炉燃烧、受热面的影响、静电除尘器除尘效果影响及锅炉效率影响等方面讨论采用AG-2脱硫工艺对燃煤锅炉安全经济运行的影响。结论是使用AG-2脱硫工艺后对锅炉燃烧、受热面、锅炉效率的影响较小。但由于固硫剂与烟气中SO2反应产物为颗粒状,此外烟气粉尘比电阻也有所增加,因此需对静电除尘器进行改造,使之符合排烟固体指标的环保要求。
As a typical dry desulfurization process, AG-2 limestone powder injection into furnace is suitable for the transformation of turbo-generator sets of old power plants in service. Taking the 220 t/h natural circulation coal-fired boiler in Guangzhou Power Plant Co. , Ltd. for example, this paper analyzes the influence of AG-2 method on the safe and economic operation of coal-fired boiler from such aspects as boiler combustion, heating surfaces, dust removal efficiency of electrostatic precipitators and boiler efficiency. A conclusion is drawn that AG-2 method has little effect on boiler combustion, heating surfaces and boiler efficiency; however, due to the particle shape of the reaction product of the sorbent and the SO2 in flue gas as well as the increase in flue gas dust resistivity, the electrostatic precipitators should be modified to satisfy the environmental protection requirement on solids in exhaust gas.
