摘要
随着我国能源消耗迅速增长,山西省以能源产业为核心的产业结构已达到了水资源承载力的极限。在经济规律及供水短缺压力下,水资源作为产业演进驱动力必然在推动山西省区域产业结构与区域空间结构演进中产生重要影响,山西产业结构升级带有水资源约束的因素。
Along with the Chinese energy consumption rapid growth, the Shanxi Province, as the industry structure based on the energy industries, has been achieved the limit of bearing capacitY for the water resources. Under the economic rule and the pressure of water supply shortage, the water resources as the driving forces of industrial evolution has inevitably produced the more im- portant impacts for impeling the industrial structure and the spatial structure in Shanxi Province. The Shanxi＇s industrial structure evolution was affected by the factor that the water resources restrained.
