后悬架非对称式橡胶衬套弹性耦合特性 被引量:13

Elastic coupling characteristic of unsymmetrical rubber bushings of rear suspension

摘要 非对称式橡胶衬套在轴向和对称径向存在弹性耦合特性,对汽车的操纵稳定性有一定的影响。采用专用卡具在压力试验台上测量了非对称式橡胶衬套的力与位移特性。基于试验数据,采用三向耦合的弹簧阻尼系统表达了其弹性耦合特性,并在ADAMS/View虚拟样车模型中进行了相关仿真试验。与传统橡胶衬套相比,非对称式橡胶衬套能够产生随动转向,提高汽车操纵稳定性。 The elastic coupling characteristics of the unsymmetrical rubber bushing in the axial and symmetrical radial directions, affect the handling stability of the vehicle. The force-displacement characteristics of an unsymmetrical rubber bushing were measured on a press test rig with a customized fixture. The elastic coupling characteristics were expressed by a three-direction coupling spring-damping system based on the test data, and its simulation was performed with an ADAMS/ View virtual vehicle prototype model. Compared with the traditional rubber bushing, the unsymmetrical rubber bushing gives rise to a follow-up steering, enhances the handling stability of the vehicle.
