摘要
简要综述了混合分群分析法(BSA)的特点及其在农作物和牧草重要经济性状基因定位的最新进展,并就优化"基因池"的构建和今后BSA法在牧草基因定位上的应用提出了建议。
This paper summarized characteristics of Bulked segregant analysis （BSA） method and its application progress in gene labeling of economic traits in crops and forages. Suggestions on optimal gene pool construction and BSA future application to gene mapping in forages were presented.
