摘要
高职数学教师的教书育人,应以高等数学教学为视角,在品格、知识结构、教学方法等方面引导学生,并在教学过程中强调师生的互动,以利师生情感的融洽,培养其学习兴趣。
Based on the teaching of advaned mathematics, The author studied the dominant roles about teachers＇ character, knowledge structure and teaching method in the process of teaching. The concusion is proved that the teaching process is a dynamic-interactive activity between teachers and students.
