摘要
采用1m长的新型板翅式单元作为工业用冷凝蒸发器的结构单元,对此单元试样进行了冷凝与沸腾传热特性的实验研究.实验结果表明:当热流密度达到6000W/m2时,其总的传热温差仅为1.1K,比通常结构的冷凝蒸发器的传热温差减小0.3~0.8K.根据单元试样的试验结果,选用优化结构尺寸,设计制造了用于150m3/h制氧机的新型板翅式冷凝蒸发器正式产品,对其进行了工业性试验.测试结果表明:传热系数达到754W/(m2K),与原有产品相比,其重量减轻了36%,体积减小了40%.
An experimental research on the condensing and boiling heat transfer performance of a plate fin unit with 1 meter in length was made. The experimental results show that the total heat transfer temperature difference of the unit is only 1.1 K when heat flux reaches 6 kW/m 2, which is reduced by 0.3~0.5 K in comparison with current condenser evaporators. Based on the experimental results, a new type of condenser evaporator installed in an air separation plant with output of 150 m 3/h oxygen was designed and manufactured by optimizing the size of the plate fin unit. The tested results of the industrial operation performance of the plant show that both the output of gaseous oxygen and nitrogen and the purity of them reach and even surpass original level of the plant. The heat transfer coefficient of the new product is increased by 20% in comparison with the designing standard of Linde Company of Germany.
