板翅式换热器蒸发与冷凝传热性能的研究 被引量:4

摘要 对板翅换热器中的氮的冷凝和蒸发耦合传热特性进行了实验研究。在耦合传热的条件下热阻主要在蒸发过程,而且蒸发通道的视观液面高度对传热特性有重要影响。板翅式换热器的冷凝和蒸发过程中存在小温差传热,这对有相变的板翅式换热器设计和运行具有指导意义。 An experimental study on conjugated heat transfer performance of evaporation and condensation in plate-fin heat exchanger is carried out. The results show that the resistance of heat transfer mainly remains in evaporation through the evaporation-condensation. However, the effect of the dimensionless liquid level in evaporation channel within bath on the performance is considered. And the small temperature difference available is also concluded in the process, which is profound meaningful for the purpose of designing plate-fin heat exchanger in phase changing case.
