成年癫痫患者伴发抑郁焦虑症的临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的:探讨成年癫痫患者伴抑郁与焦虑的发生情况及治疗对策。方法:以96例成年癫痫患者为研究组,100例正常健康人为对照组,经过综合医院焦虑/抑郁量表评分并进行临床分析。结果:成年癫痫患者伴抑郁与焦虑的发生率明显高于对照组,且抑郁与焦虑的发生与癫痫病程及发作形式相关。结论:成人长期反复癫痫发作常伴发抑郁/焦虑性精神障碍,抗抑郁/焦虑治疗可作为其辅助治疗手段。
