摘要
研究了近年来运动训练中运用较多的小周期理论的内涵、训练安排及板块结构理论的内涵、训练安排,在此基础上提出了新颖的竞技训练模式——小周期板块训练模式。其内涵为:全年以预定的赛间间隔为小周期来制定训练计划,在小周期末参加比赛,以赛带练,赛练结合;根据不同运动员在训练或比赛中的重点问题为训练板块,一个板块解决一个问题,围绕具体板块安排训练的课次、方法和手段,使运动员在自己的板块中接受单一、集中的刺激,其外延为:小周期板块训练模式是微观的具体训练操作,依然有宏观的长期规划;比赛在这不仅仅是训练的目的,也是训练的一种手段;训练的关键是使赛季中形成且波动的竞技状态在每个小周期末都得到回升,达到较高水平,从而使高水平运动员适宜竞技状态在赛季中持续更长时间。
Researched the connotation and training arrangement of the small cycle theory and the tectonic plate structure theory which had been utilized more in recently years, proposed a new athletics training pattern -- small cycle tectonic plate training pattern in this foundation. The connotation of the small cycle tectonic plate training pattern as follows: Whole year prearranges between the match is separated for the small cycle formulates the training plan, attends the competition in the end of the small cycle, practices by the match, union the matches and practices; formulates training tectonic plate according the key questions to the different athlete in the training or the competitions. Its extension is: The small cyclical tectonic plate training pattern is the microscopic concrete training operation, still has the macroscopic long--term plan; The competition in this not merely is the training goal, also is the one method of training.
