摘要
在阐述体育场馆相关理论的基础上,通过文献资料、数据统计等方法,对大庆市现有的体育场馆的数量及运行现状进行分析,认为大庆市体育场馆主要存在城市大型场馆社会化程度不够、体育场馆布局不均衡、经营方式落后、政府财政负担严重等诸多问题。最后对大庆市现有的体育场馆资产运作探讨,提出资产置换、有偿转让现有场馆设施的经营权、对场馆设施无形资产的有效运营等方式。
This article has analyzed the amount and present condition of Daqing city stadium, through the methods such as documentary and data statistical analysis. The article thinks the Daqing stadium hall main existence ten degree socialization are insufficient about city large- scale field hall, the countryside populace healthy body field hall seriously lacks, the stadium hall project layout is imbalanced, the government financial burden is serious. Finally the article discusses the property operation, proposes some ways include the property replacement, transfer compensated the facility operating right, effective operation to the intangible asset of the hall facility.
